About us
Are you GoHighLevel, NextGen or Votel?
No. The Fulfillment Crew is an independent agency. We are not HighLevel, NextGen CRM or Votel, and we are not a partner, reseller or official representative of any of them. We work inside your account on whichever of those platforms you use.
Who do you work with?
Marketing agencies, consultants and resellers who sell a white-label CRM to their own clients. We don't sell to end businesses directly.
We use more than one platform. Can you handle that?
Yes. That is why we exist. We work on GoHighLevel, NextGen and Votel, so you don't need a separate partner per platform, and moving clients between them is one of our services.
Working together
Who owns the platform account?
You do. The subscription stays in your name and on your card. You invite us in with the access we need, we work under your agency's name, and you keep everything we build.
Will my clients know you exist?
No. Everything is delivered under your brand. If we talk to your clients at all, we do it as your team, from your domain, in your voice.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your platform account, your logo and brand colours, and about an hour to walk us through what you sell and to whom. We draft everything else and bring it back for approval.
What happens after launch?
Setup ends with a launch checklist and handover notes. Ongoing fulfillment, ads and VA cover are separate, optional engagements, scoped the same way.
Pricing
How is pricing worked out?
Every engagement is scoped first. After a short call you get a written scope and a quote, so you know the cost before anything starts.
Who pays for the platform itself?
You pay the platform directly: the subscription and any usage charges such as SMS, calls or AI. Our fee covers the fulfillment work only.
