The Fulfillment Crew is an independent white-label CRM fulfillment agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and while delivering client work, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Booking details. When you book a strategy call, you give us your name, email address and anything else you enter in the booking form, along with the time you chose.
• Messages. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, agency name (if given), platform and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
• Client work data. When you engage us, we may access personal data held in your platform account, such as your clients' contacts, to do the work you asked for.

• To schedule and hold the calls you book, and to follow up about them.
• To answer the messages you send us.
• To scope, deliver and support the work you engage us for.
• To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

Data inside your GoHighLevel, NextGen or Votel account belongs to you. We act on your instructions, use it only to deliver the agreed work, and do not sell it, share it or use it for our own marketing. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent needed to collect it.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by LeadConnector and may set cookies needed for it to work; it is governed by LeadConnector's own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

We share information only with services that help us run the business:

• LeadConnector, which powers the booking calendar.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives contact form messages.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

We keep booking, message and engagement records for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. When an engagement ends, we stop accessing your platform account and do not keep copies of your clients' data.

We limit access to the people doing the work, use the access you grant rather than shared passwords where the platform allows it, and remove our access when an engagement ends. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires.

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
